By engaging TAQNISOFT for services or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Scope of Services
All project scope, pricing, and deliverables are defined in a signed proposal or contract prior to work beginning.
Payments
Payment schedules are agreed per project. Standard terms are 50% upfront, 50% on delivery unless otherwise specified.
Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, ownership of custom-developed deliverables transfers to the client, excluding pre-existing tools and frameworks.
Limitation of Liability
TAQNISOFT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of delivered software.
